TERMS & CONDITIONS

 

The organizer shall be known as “Zulkefli.com” and the party that confirmed to join the trip by paying deposits for booking shall be stated as "Participants" in the conditions below.

Participants are deemed to have read, understood, agreed and accepted the terms and conditions prior to transferring deposit payments.

 

Once Zulkefli.com receives the deposit payments, the Participants are bound to the Terms and Conditions.

 

A. RESERVATIONS AND DEPOSIT

A deposit of 10% of trip fare is required upon booking. The balance after deposit is to be paid in full, minimum 30 days before departure. Deposits are applicable for the trip booked only. Deposits are not refundable (not returned)  and not transferable subject to the cancellation/ amendments policy below.

 

B. CANCELLATION/ AMENDMENTS POLICY

  1. Cancellation/ Amendments of a confirmed booking must be made in writing (email) to avoid misunderstanding and confusion.

  2. Cancellation during peak, festive or holiday seasons will result in an additional charge of RM300.00 per pax.

  3. Postponement/ transfer of trip will be deemed to be a cancellation and will be charged accordingly.

  4. For each amendment made after a booking has been confirmed, an amendment fee of RM50.00 per pax will be charged.

  5. Deposits paid are non-refundable and will be forfeited if a Participant cancels trip.

  6. CANCELLATION NOTICE BY PARTICIPANTS - CHARGES (RM) INCURRED PER PERSON

  • More than 60 days prior to trip departure - 25% of trip fare

  • 30 days prior to trip departure - 50% of trip fare

  • 14 days prior to trip departure - 75% of trip fare

  • 5 days prior to trip departure - 100% of trip fare

 

C. POSTPONEMENT NOTICE BY ZULKEFLI.COM
In the case of force majeure to avoid hazards, epidemic, pandemic, riots, terrorism, and natural disaster, Zulkefli.com has rights to defer the trip to a later date deemed appropriate. 

D. REFUND ON CONFIRMED TRIP

As Zulkefli.com is the service provider, all arrangements are still subject to confirmation even after a deposit or full payment has been made. When the arrangement cannot be confirmed, Zulkefli.com will endeavour to notify Participants as soon as possible and a full refund will be made. Zulkefli.com shall henceforth not bear any other liability or responsibility.

 

E. TRIP FARE INCLUSIVENESS

Unless stated otherwise, the fare inclusive of :-

  1. Transportations (MPV/SUV), fuels, carpark fees, toll fees, tunnel fees to all destinations as in the itinerary.

  2. Accommodations - Stay in a house/ an apartment/ a cottage/ a cabin.

  3. Sightseeing & explore landscapes and nature photographic attractions.

  4. Outing & photographing nightscapes and skygazing/ stargazing at night-time.

  5. Aurora hunting when nightfall at potential aurora visible times and locations.

  6. Advice and guidance of camera settings to capture scenic view of landscapes, nightscapes and aurora lights.

  7. A tour guide, driver and photographer/ experienced aurora hunter.

  8. Return airport transfers.

 

F. RESPONSIBILITY
Zulkefli.com acts only as a service provider with arrangement for the trip, travel and tour.

Zulkefli.com accept no responsibility for injuries, damage, accident, loss, delay, medical treatment costs and expences due to epidemic/ pandemic, quarantine costs, theft, customs regulations, strikes, changes in itinerary, deportation or refusal of entry by Immigration Authorities resulting from improper travel documents, possession of unlawful items or irregularities that may be caused to person or property impact.

 

Any losses or expenses are the responsibility of the Participants. All proper travel documentation is the sole responsibility of the Participants.

 

Zulkefli.com reserves the right to alter itineraries, trip arrangements, accommodation reservations etc. If it is necessary or in the case of force majeure, Zulkefli.com reserves the right to cancel any trip prior to the date of departure for any reasons, including insufficient number of participants (minimum 4 paying adults). Should this happen, that entire payment shall be refunded without further obligations on the part of Zulkefli.com.

 

Zulkefli.com will recommend an alternative trip, preferably to the same destination or other destinations. Should the Participants decide not to accept the alternatives, all monies paid shall be refunded in full by Zulkefli.com without further obligations.

 

Zulkefli.com also reserves the right to require any individual to withdraw from the trip if deemed his/her act of conduct is detrimental to or incompatible with the interest, harmony and welfare of other Participants and the trip as a whole. Should this right be exercised, all monies paid shall be refunded in full by Zulkefli.com to the Participants. Zulkefli.com shall be under no further liability thereafter to any such person.

 

Zulkefli.com reserves the right to take the photographs and videos of Participants while on trip with Zulkefli.com to be used for brochures, marketing, advertising or publicity material without obtaining any further consent from the Participants.

 

It is the prerogative of Zulkefli.com to cancel the trip in whole or in part if there is a real possibility that the life, limb or property of any Participants may be endangered or at risk. Zulkefli.com will not be responsible for any further liability.

 

G. COMPLAINTS/ CLAIMS
Any complaint or claim must be made in writing (official) and received within two weeks (14 days) after services have been rendered. No responsibility is accepted in respect of any claim or complaint not officially made.
